Professor Xiaoqing Feng Attends the Conference of Intellectual Property of China

On 20 September 2006, Professor Xiaoqing Feng, Associate Professor Li Luo, and Dr. Ralph Nack, Bird & Bird, were invited to attend the conference of intellectual property of China and Germany. The Director General of State Intellectual Property Office(SIPO), Mr. Tian, Lipu made an important lecture in the conference regarding Chinese patent system and legislation.

In this conference, Professor Xiaoqing Feng met the president of Federal Patent Court, Mr. Raimund Lutz, Hans-Georg Landfermann, the judge of the court, and has expressed suggestions on patent issues with regard to China and Germany.

Professor Xiaoqing Feng also met the Dean of Intellectual Property, Tongji University, Professor Shan Xiaoguang, and the vice-president concurrently secretary, of Huawei, Mr. Song, Liuping.

This conference is a pageant in the promotion of the exchange of intellectual property between China and Germany, and has far-reaching meaning in the development of exchange and cooperation between China and Germany.
