On 19 September 2006, Professor Xiaoqing Feng, Associate Professor Li Luo, Institute of Intellectual Property Law, School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law, China University of Political Science and Law, were invited to attend the Workshop as to Investment, Trade and Law held by German Association of Industry and Commerce. This conference was held in Dosselford, Germany and was divided into several special topics. Professor Xiaoqing Feng, Associate Professor Li Luo discussed in the Group of East Asia regarding the issue of intellectual property. In this conference, we have obtained some information of international investment, trade and technology in regard to intellectual property, which is valuable in the research of this area.
