Lawyer Affairs Introduction

I worked as an attorney at law in Hunan Liancheng Law Firm from 1994 to 1999 after I obtained qualification of attorney at law. I have acted as an agent in many civil as well as criminal cases and enterprises counselor, and have got good-faith from the parties. Afterwards, I have done legal research work for six years in Law School of Peking University, Remin University of China and UBC, Canada.

From June 2006, I engage in lawyer’s work again and works in Beijing Juntai Bohua Law Firm.

B. Other Experience of Works in Legal Practical Work

I have given consultation for a lot of cases and taken part in expert’s argumentation for a lot of difficult or important cases or events and have expressed my own ideas. Eg., case of Zhang Xiaoquan, Mengniu, Qi Pi Lang，Jiajia Jiu, Dongjin Co. brought by US party, Fucheng Feiniu and tI like. In addition, I have given consultation for some professional judges. I am an expert for consultation in respect of intellectual property in Higher People’s Court of Hunan Province, PRC.
