VI.  Legal Research Achievements and Honor

I have published more than ten articles in technical legal journals published in English in USA, UK, Australia, Switzerland, Belgium and the like, among which two are cited by SSCI. I have also published more than one hundred articles in technical Chinese journals, such as China Legal Science, Legal Science, Legal Application and tI like, some of which have been republished or made abstracts by Chinese important media like Xinhua Abstract, Social Science Abstract of China. I have published ten books for academic monograph, such as: Theory of Balancing of Interests in Intellectual Property Law( 2006), Strategy of Intellectual Property for Enterprises(2005), Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property Law(2002), Modern Intellectual Property Law(1997), Research of Lawsuits in Intellectual Property(1996), An Introduction to Copyright Law(1993). I have also finished a lot of research programs funded by governments at different levels, enterprises, universities and organizations.

I am one of the outstanding and famous intellectual property scholars in China. I got the honor of “Award for the Nomination of Ten Prominent Jurists of Middle Age and Youth” granted by Law Society of China early in 1999.
